Central platform – many clients

Together with the versatile NTW solutions the Cisco UCM becomes a multi-client capable UC platform. All solutions and functionalities may be used across multiple sites, clients or customers. At the same time every client maintains its separate profile with functionalities, customers and privileges.

Thanks to the web-based administration and integrated impersonification, the clients, groups and customers may be set up and configurated centrally. NTW’s multi-tenant provisioning solution guarantees a fast and easy central configuration. Existing HR software, Active Directory or databases for a standardized full or half-provisioning of the CUCM and NTW software may be integrated optimally and client-specific.

NTW solutions can be used flexibly in multi-tenant mode within the network, as a hosting or cloud solution.

Attendant Console and Contact Center

As an attendant console for Cisco UCM NTWcall supports companies flexibly and reliably with their call operating, be it as a single user or multi-client system. The solution has no limit as to how many agents may be logged on at the same time. The additional, queue dependent calendar and holiday control allows an optimal centralisation of call operating tasks – even spanning multiple domestic and international sites.

The NTWcall CC Contact Center offers all typical contact center functionalities and emphasises maximum user comfort. The solution is suited for small and medium sized enterprises all the way through to international companies with multiple sites – thanks to its multi-tenancy.

Phone services

All NTWphone services are multi-tenant capable too. Every company decides individually which functionalities may be used by which customers or user groups. Directly on the Cisco phone or in Jabber, NTW offers comfortable services for directory / UDS, group services, management group, hunt groups, voice recording and many more.

A popular NTWphone service is the Directory Service. Directories or existing databases may be used flexibly per client, group or customer. The data is available on all devices (Cisco IP phone, Jabber) – for directory search as well as for caller display (lookup).

Statistics and Controlling

With the NTW controlling and statistics solution collecting call data and their time- and cost-oriented evaluation and analysis are practically unlimited. The full multi-tenancy allows the concurrent, independent usage of an installation by multiple customers. All evaluation may be scaled from single extensions and branches up to global analyses. Multiple, also highly-individualizable filter functions allow an easy, usage-based allocation of cost units – for an active charging of ITC costs. The flexible invoice layout allows invoices to be customised individually and therefore enables a professional provider management.
