The task of the communication solution is to support this goal in the best way possible. Discovered potential for improvement regarding reliability, transparency and clarity could not be tapped with the previously used attendant software. Reason enough to look for a new, fitting attendant solution with maximum service commitment.
NTW was able to convince at the first presentation with its product bundle consisting of NTWcall, NTWcount and NTWstat. Beside the clear console NTWcall was able to convince with functionality to ideally support the call operating process, e.g.:
- Extensive and easy search by name, department, keyword, etc.
- Presence and calendar appointments of users at a glance
- Fast and easy transmission of messages via MS Lync or email
Thanks to NTWcount and NTWstat controlling and statistics functions are already fully integrated and allow further improvement of the service quality in the future.
